Central Park is like this weird urban paradox.

You're in a park, surrounded by trees and green grass. It feels like you're in the heart of nature. But as soon as you look up, you're reminded you're in the heart of a city and the trees are eclipsed by the concrete skyscrapers that loom larger than nature.

Finally saw Avatar. Really great movie. Kind of makes me want to be a better person.

I'm somewhat over the Prius. The 3rd generation 2010 model is incredibly sexy (especially in Blizzard Pearl) and it's great for the planet, but after test-driving one a while back I can't help but think that it's still a bit too "Star Trek" for me. I don't know, maybe I'm just used to old fashioned cars but I felt somewhat uncomfortable - like I was driving a space ship.

I think that if I could have any car I wanted I would pick the 2010 Volvo S40 2.4i Premium.

If I could afford the car I wanted, I'd probably pick the 5-door 2010 Golf Mk6 highline.

I have a feeling that I'll probably wind up with a 2010 Kia Forte SX.
