I would give Circus a solid 76 out of 100. I gave In the Zone an 81 out of 100.
While I didn't find Circus to be better than In the Zone, I found it to come fairly close and be really, really good. Tracks like Circus, Kill the Lights, Mmm Papi, Mannequin and Lace and Leather are fantastic tracks that easily top anything that was on Blackout. Well done, Britney.
